Account Deletion

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your CoffeeSlap account directly in the app, or contact us if you can no longer sign in. Deletion happens immediately — there is no waiting period and nothing to confirm afterwards.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

If you can still sign in, the quickest and most secure way to delete your account is from inside the CoffeeSlap app:

• Open CoffeeSlap and go to Settings.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.
• Your personal data is erased straight away and you are signed out.

Deletion is authenticated: only the signed-in account owner can delete their own account. For your security, we no longer accept account-deletion requests through an unauthenticated web form.

Can't sign in? Contact us directly

If you are unable to sign in, request account deletion by emailing hello@coffeeslap.gr with the subject line "Delete my account". Include the email you used to register so we can verify ownership before deleting.

What is kept, and why

• Past orders remain as the shop's own sales records. Once your account is erased they carry nothing that identifies you — no name, no phone number, no vehicle.
• Credit purchases and payment records are kept where we are required to, so a completed transaction can still be reconciled or refunded.
• We may retain minimal data if required by law, such as tax records for completed transactions.

If you have an order on its way

Deletion is refused while a shop is still preparing an order for you — erasing your details mid-order would leave a barista holding a coffee for nobody. Collect or cancel the order, then delete. If your account owns a shop, the shop must be handed to another owner first.
